How much sea moss should I take?
For your daily mineral intake, we recommend taking 1-3 tbsp of sea moss gel. Sea moss capsules, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules.
If you decide you'd like to introduce sea moss to your children, please consult with their doctor before including it into their daily regimen. The recommended amount for young children is 1/2 tbsp.
How do I take sea moss gel?
You can take a spoonful of it, mix it into your tea, smoothie or food. You can also use it as a mask and incorporate it into your face/hair regimen.
How do I store my sea moss product?
Once you've received your sea moss gel in the mail, be sure to refrigerate immediately. Gels can last up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator, and up to 6 months if frozen. If storing into the freezer, we suggest molding it into ice cube trays for easy use.
For capsules, keep in a dry and cool area. Capsule shelf life is up to 12 months.
As a policy, we do not accept any returns and exchanges as our products are perishables and cannot be resold, especially during this global pandemic.
Shipping: After we have received your order, it takes us 1-3 business days to process. We ship via USPS. Standard shipping takes roughly 3 business days to arrive. Orders do not ship between Thursday-Sunday and holidays.
You can track your order on USPS.com and enter the tracking number that was provided through email.
To assure your order is properly delivered, and received within the time frame, please make sure your address is correctly entered. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
